Specializing in watercolor, gouache and ink paintings, Jamie Griffard is inspired by her travels and captures the unique beauty of each subject with a traditionally distinctive and illustrative technique. For our collaboration, Jamie was inspired by her trip to Amsterdam in 2022 and the cities historic canals, 20th century India painter Amrita Sher-Gil, and by surprise, her first foray into micro-dosing psilocybin in truffle form for medicinal purposes .The result is a hand painted mushroom damask wallpaper repeat pattern with psychedelic and antique undertones, and two watercolor murals paying homage to the historic city where the story of mushrooms began.
