Shop: Rational Beauty Collaboration

Under the auspices of her studio, Rational Beauty, Jeanette Abbink has created award-winning editorial design for such magazines as Dwell (where she was the founding creative director), American Craft, and Pan and the Dream, and books for publishers including Rizzoli, Aperture, Abrams, Monacelli, and Clarkson Potter. For our collaboration, Jeanette Abbink explored the flora and fauna of the American Southwest, traversing the desert landscapes with her team and collecting images. Abbink found inspiration from German Graphic Designer Otl Aicher and Italian Modernist Enzo Mari, incorporating their stylized and simplified graphic approach to her own work. The result is a series of playfully modern limited edition giclee prints, in celebration of the Southwest, printed on a luxurious archival rag paper. The Rational Beauty collaboration is the first art print by the award-winning designer.

  • Each print comes with a 1/4” white border for framing allowances.

  • Each giclee print includes a certificate of authenticity signed by Jeanette Abbink. Your edition number will be notated on the C.O.A. form.

  • We use FedEx to ship your order. This is a fully trackable secure service which requires a signature on delivery. Prints will be tube rolled in our specially designed packaging.

  • Giclee prints are produced within 4-5 weeks. You will receive a notification that your order has shipped when production is complete.

  • Every piece is made to order just for you. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed.

  • Our print studio offers international shipping, as well as a courier service for Los Angeles clients.
